About the Farm
When we teach people how to care for land, gardens, and animals, they are empowered to better care for themselves and others.

Who Am I
Welcome to my corner on the internet! I am Sanne, 32 years old and a passionate individual who has dedicated my career to making a positive impact on the lives of others. My journey began with a deep-rooted love for horses. Leading me to specialize in equine sport therapy. Through this I honed my skills in saddle fitting, biomechanics, palpation, Bowen technique, stretching and first aid to ensure the well-being of horses under my care.
As my experience expanded, I delved into the world of classical dressage. Focusing on the rehabilitation of traumatized horses. This journey was fueled by a desire to help these animals heal both physically and emotionally, allowing them to regain their trust and confidence. In parallel to my equine pursuits I also ventured into the world of yoga and mindfulness. Completing trainings in yin and vinyasa at De Nieuwe Yogaschool. I found a holistic approach to well-being that complemented my work with horses. Additionally, becoming a certified mindfulness trainer enriched my ability to connect with both horses and humans on a deeper level.
I worked for a long time on a care farm. Where I had the privilege of working closely with horses and teaching children, with and without special needs. This thought me the power of empathy, patience and the profound connection between humans and animals. Following my time at the care farm, I transitioned to a closed ward at a psychiatric hospital. I served as a social worker specializing in complex psychiatry. In this challenging yet rewarding role, I worked tirelessly to provide support, guidance and advocacy for individuals facing mental health struggles. It was here that I honed my skills in crisis intervention, therapeutic communication and fostering a safe and nurturing environment for those in need.
Throughout my career I have been driven by a deep-seated commitment to promoting inclusivity, understanding and compassion in all aspects of my work. I am excited to share my experiences, insights and unwavering dedication to making a difference with you. Thank you for joining me on this journey towards positive change and empowerment for all!
